If you are talking about the article I linked to in that reply, I know one thing, when our friends come to the house I rarely get a word in edgewise.
I have been interrupted many times by the wife or other guests, I eventually leave the room. When the company leaves, my wife asks, "Why didn't you stay and talk?" My glare back is my answer.

That sounds like me. Perhaps that is why I hang out on FR, so I can actually say something on occasion. Same here. My wife can't understand how I can sit and FReep for hours on end, even if we have company.
