This is the second thread I've seen this pointed out. I fail to see the relevance, unless it's the subtle racial/moral justifying I see bubble up from time to time on FR.

Not knowing the facts of this case, does the deceased's having children out of wedlock or his color justify or not justify what may or may not have happened?>
