No, actually, I can assure you that one can puke up pure 80 proof vodka, not that I would admit to know from experience...

No, liquids can be puked up easier than food. When there is nothing left in your stomach, you can continue to puke, then it's called the dry heaves.

(I am sort of an expert in this sort of thing)
