People seem to be dismissing these lawsuits as frivolous, but I wonder if they might not succeed. There is no question that Cohen and his producers deceived their "actors." If the frat brothers were obviously drunk when they signed the release, as I gather that the film shows them to be, then they were not competent to sign.
