Appointing John Bolton seemed like a pretty good move to me.

All Bolton can do is stand up and make noise. If Bush was really interested in damaging and ending the UN, he would have hit them in their bank account! Thats where it would hurt them most. The UN needs money to operate. If the US cuts funding to it, there is a large portion of their budget that is gone!
