He had a gun and was threatening the officers. They should have just fired one shot after he refused to drop his gun (repeatedly). Why they let the dog loose I don't understand.
I didn't see any threat.
He never raised the gun or pointed it at anyone.
That's not procedure and it's not safe.
I'm gonna shoot some guy holding a weapon - once - and then stand there and wait for him to shoot me back. I don't think so.
