How about I have worked with eating disorders so maybe I see what is healthy and normal differently ;)

I work with people with lung disorders, such as COPD, etc.....I can't just "look" at someone and diagnose their degree of disease/disability. I can assume...and I could guess. But I can't definitively state it..without facts.

And that was and remains my point.
