120 lbs at 5'7" doesn't strike me anywhere near an anorexic weight. My wife is that tall, and weighed 105 pounds when we got married.

It was more that I flat did not eat and my blood levels were dangerously low. Had I not seen a doctor, I'd have continued to starve myself. You are sooo not getting it.
