As a Christian, I'm offended that the general secular society has expropriated one of the holiest days of the Christian faith for the promotion of crass commercialism and greed. /sarc
Gargh. I'm facing an interesting situation at work. I want to send Christmas cards out to my clients, but The Powers That Be have a policy of 'Season's Greetings' cards.
I'm defying that policy this year. No more Mr Nice Secularist.
I get Happy Eid cards, Happy Diwali cards and all sorts. I like them, it's nice that people think of me.
So why can't I send them a Christams card?
This year, I'm going to find out how many people have the same tolerance that they demand of me. This year, Christmas is back on!
It's November 15th... Rommel's Birthday!
