A man arrested for allegedly engaging in "overt sexual activity" with his girlfriend on an airliner was lying with his head on her lap because he wasn't feeling well, his attorney said.....
.... She said Persing suffers from a chronic disease requiring medication that makes him drowsy, dizzy and irritable. She would not identify the disease to protect her client's privacy.

Admittedly I'm a bit on the tall side, but the thought of the contortions I'd have to undergo to enable my head to meet the lap of the airline passenger next to me is making my neck ache.
Because after all, tying yourself into a knot to put your head in your girlfriend's lap is LOTS more comfortable than reclining the seat.
The usual ultra-sleezy lawyer. Wouldn't be surprised if he sued the airline. A typical crooked shyster sociopath in a $3000 suit. A democrat.
May the USA one day be liberated from these vermin.
