Do you know the rules regarding voting in the House in terms of secret ballots? Are they allowed? If not, Mr. Boren will surely need all the courage he can muster. Is he new to the House? How conservative is his district?

Party caucuses normally use secret ballots, but voting on the floor can't be secret (except for the rare closed sessions.). I don't know anything about Boren, but he better have 15 pledged democrats before this goes forward.
