Following my hubby's cancer surgery he takes three capsules of Turmeric every day......for seven years now. It's an anti inflammatory too. We are so thankful to find this natural herb.

For what it is worth, many mustards also have turmeric, including the very popular French's classic bright yellow mustard.

Small wonder. My wife used to cook a Pakistani dish with curry that I swear would burn off the top layer of my. Oh, never mind.

I think that spicy food in general is good for you. Tabasco is particularly good. It kills the worms. :)

The chemical, called curcumin, has anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties,

Curcumin is sold as a supplement. Of course, curry and turmeric are sold everywhere.
