Heb 11:1 To have faith is to be sure of the things we hope for, to be certain of the things we cannot see.

Heb 11:32 Should I go on? There isn't enough time for me to speak of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, and the prophets.
Heb 11:33 Through faith they fought whole countries and won. They did what was right and received what God had promised. They shut the mouths of lions,
Heb 11:34 put out fierce fires, escaped being killed by the sword. They were weak, but became strong; they were mighty in battle and defeated the armies of foreigners.
Heb 11:35 Through faith women received their dead relatives raised back to life. Others, refusing to accept freedom, died under torture in order to be raised to a better life.
Heb 11:36 Some were mocked and whipped, and others were put in chains and taken off to prison.
Heb 11:37 They were stoned, they were sawed in two, they were killed by the sword. They went around clothed in skins of sheep or goats---poor, persecuted, and mistreated.
Heb 11:38 The world was not good enough for them! They wandered like refugees in the deserts and hills, living in caves and holes in the ground.
Heb 11:39 What a record all of these have won by their faith! Yet they did not receive what God had promised,
Heb 11:40 because God had decided on an even better plan for us. His purpose was that only in company with us would they be made perfect.

Heb 12:1 As for us, we have this large crowd of witnesses around us. So then, let us rid ourselves of everything that gets in the way, and of the sin which holds on to us so tightly, and let us run with determination the race that lies before us.
Father,
I thank you for a new day.
I pray especially for the Persecuted Church.
I ask that you would give them Wisdom that confounds their enemies, Courage, Joy, Patient Endurance, and that you would deliver them from all fear.
I ask that you would help them be certain of your Will in all their trials.
Keep them from unbelief and doubting.
Help them to know they are Holy living Sacrifices to you and your Glory.
I ask that you would provide them with your Word to strengthen them.
I pray that you would provide for their Little Ones.
I thank you that Jesus has prayed for us all....
Joh 17:14 I gave them your message, and the world hated them, because they do not belong to the world, just as I do not belong to the world.
Joh 17:15 I do not ask you to take them out of the world, but I do ask you to keep them safe from the Evil One.
Joh 17:16 Just as I do not belong to the world, they do not belong to the world.
I ask that you would give them a strong sense of your Presence during their trials, like Stephen had....
