Also, now is your First Test on your resolution of compassion for the suffering.....!!!
Lord, I ask you to increase our Faith as we read your Word.
Nothing is truer, or stronger, more active or sharper, cutting to the very heart of our thoughts and intentions.
Let there be praise for you.
Even though our hearts should fail for weariness, or fear or dullness, let us continue to praise you because you never change, and are Worthy.
The very stones would cry out if we didn't.
There will be a Blessing in coming to you and waiting while the Spirit rises up in us and gives you Glory.
Revive us again Oh Lord.
Psa 113:1
Praise the Lord!
Praise, O servants of the Lord,
praise the name of the Lord!
Psa 113:2
Blessed be the name of the Lord
from this time forth and forevermore!
Psa 113:3
From the rising of the sun to its setting,
the name of the Lord is to be praised!
Psa 113:4
The Lord is high above all nations,
and his glory above the heavens!
Psa 113:5
Who is like the Lord our God,
who is seated on high,
Psa 113:6
who looks far down
on the heavens and the earth?
Psa 113:7
He raises the poor from the dust
and lifts the needy from the ash heap,
Psa 113:8
to make them sit with princes,
with the princes of his people.
Psa 113:9
He gives the barren woman a home,
making her the joyous mother of children.
Praise the Lord!

Jesus, help me, I am weary,
Let me hold Thy hand in mine;
For the stream of living water,
In a thirsty land I pine;
O my Father, do not leave me,
In this dark and dreadful hour,
Fold me in Thy arms of mercy,
Keep me from the tempters powr.
Jesus, help me, I am fainting,
Neath the deserts burning sky;
Lead to pastures cool and fragrant,
There my every want supply;
Shade me with Thy wings eternal,
Let me feel Thee ever near;
Thou canst whisper words of comfort,
Thou canst dry the falling tear.
Jesus, help me, I am sinking,
In the cold and chilly wave;
Give me strength, my faith increasing,
Thou alone hast power to save.
Let my soul be filled with rapture,
Let my hope be stayed in Thee,
Let me bear my cross with patience,
Till I sleep and wake with Thee.
