Brothers and Sisters,
Sometimes extensive information that is categorized as prophetic, can be distracting from our real need for focus on the study of and obedience to the Word of God and the confident trust of resting in the finished work of Jesus.
We know that these are the last days and that we must stand in the truth we have received from the Bible and the apostles teaching in the Word of God.
Here are a few scriptures that come to my mind when I hear of the threatening of the enemy, who is defeated in the Name of Jesus and by His Blood.
Eph 4:8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
Col 2:8 See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ.
Col 2:9 For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily,
Col 2:10 and you have been filled in him, who is the head of all rule and authority.
Col 2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Rom 16:20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
It is wonderful that we can rest in the finished work of Jesus who triumphed over principalities and powers.
He led captivity captive.
He made a show of his enemies.
He has the victory over hell and death.
Php 3:8 ... Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord.
Php 3:10 that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death..............
I am grateful that we can fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who will always lead us like a Shepherd, even through the valley of the shadow of death and we need have no fear, or be disturbed by news of dreadful things. Our greatest employment is to seek greater knowledge of Him through his Word, and obedience.
Eph 3:10 so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.
It is the wisdom of God that he rather reveals the Glory of the Body of Christ, through whom the Holy Spirit dwells and guides and teaches and directs in all things pertaining to Holiness.
Heb 4:9 So then, there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God,
Heb 4:10 for whoever has entered God’s rest has also rested from his works as God did from his.
Heb 4:11 Let us therefore strive to enter that rest, so that no one may fall by the same sort of disobedience
I rejoice that we can rest in Jesus in a perpetual Sabbath as we live and move and have our being in Him. We are in Christ.
Eph 6:10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might.
Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.
Eph 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
Eph 6:13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.
Eph 6:14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
Eph 6:15 and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace.
Eph 6:16 In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one;
Eph 6:17 and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God,
Eph 6:18 praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,
And though we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual enemies, yet the LORD has amply provided for our victory and peace in Him. We should read and know His word, have faith in him, stand in His righteousness, with a readiness to always share the Gospel, and obey him.

Nonetheless, intercession can nullify those spiritual plans of the enemy both for Israel and our nation. In recent weeks, the Lord has given specific permission to call upon Heaven for the release and activation of the mighty warring angels, including the distinguished archangel Michael.
In the book of Daniel we see special significance on the role of Michael and the implementation of Heavenly plans here on the earth. Our vision and concentration is placed solely upon the Lord and His Holy Spirit. Nevertheless, God has chosen the agency of man to release the resources of Heaven and hosts of ministering spirits to engage the adversary. That provides a source of great comfort knowing there are more for us than for our enemies.
So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them. Then Elisha prayed and said, “O LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” And the LORD opened the servant’s eyes, and he saw; and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. (2 Kings 6:16-17)
Great and notable end-time purposes are presently being birthed and the enemy is doing all that he can to abort the destiny of this generation. Thankfully, the Lord has made an abundant provision of grace to establish us as overcomers if we will co-operate with the Holy Spirit and yield our will to the will of the Father.
