He sends the sunshine and the rain,Thank you! Your whole post is perfect, but indeed Jesus knows I am praying for a harvest of souls this very day! O Lord of All, call your sheep by name! Let them hear Your humble, loving cry to the lost! Let them come to the Crucified Messiah who stands holding out his hands, palms engraved forever, saying,
He sends the harvest’s golden grain;
Sunshine and rain, harvest of grain, He’s my Friend.

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
