Once again, just like before, I thought I had it licked this 2nd time around. I'd been faithfully soaking and cortisoning, alternately.
It was all fading away - until just about 30 minutes ago when it started itching like crazy - and I mean like crazy - for no apparent reason at all. I was crying a little at pix of Barbaro on TV and it just went nutzo on me. My normal cold water routine didn't faze it.
Had cried yesterday and hands were fine, so it's not just nerves or whatever. Oh well. I can't do anything more than pray, as y'all know. Thanks for hearing me.
Rev 19:5 A voice came from the throne, saying: Praise our God, all you His servants, you who fear Him, both small and great!
Rev 19:6 Then I heard something like the voice of a vast multitude, like the sound of cascading waters, and like the rumbling of loud thunder, saying: Hallelujah--because our Lord God, the Almighty, has begun to reign!
Rev 19:7 Let us be glad, rejoice, and give Him glory, because the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has prepared herself.
Rev 19:8 She was permitted to wear fine linen, bright and pure. For the fine linen represents the righteous acts of the saints.
Rev 19:9 Then he said to me, "Write: Blessed are those invited to the marriage feast of the Lamb!" He also said to me, "These words of God are true."
LORD, we are made for another time and another place after we have finished our testimony here, of your Love and Greatness and Mercy.
Help us draw near today, so that you will draw near to us.
Bless the feeble work of our hands and cleanse and purify our hearts' motives.
Let us be citizens of that KINGDOM where you reign, JESUS, Saviour, Shepherd, Mighty GOD.

Come away to the skies, my belovèd, arise
And rejoice in the day thou wast born;
On this festival day, come exulting away,
And with singing to Zion return.
We have laid up our love and our treasure above,
Though our bodies continue below.
The redeemed of the Lord will remember His Word,
And with singing to paradise go.
Now with singing and praise let us spend all the days
By our heavenly Father bestowed,
While His grace we receive from His bounty, and live
To the honor and glory of God!
For the glory we were first created to share,
Both the nature and kingdom divine,
Now created again that our lives may remain
Throughout time and eternity Thine.
We with thanks do approve the design
Of that love that hath joined us to Jesus Name;
Now united in heart, let us never more part,
Till we meet at the feast of the Lamb.
There, Oh! there at His feet, we shall all likewise meet,
And be parted in body no more;
We shall sing to our lyres, with the heavenly choirs,
And our Savior in glory adore.
Hallelujah! we sing to our Father and King,
And His rapturous praises repeat:
To the Lamb that was slain, Hallelujah again!
Sing all Heaven and fall at His feet!
--Charles Wesley
Lost and afraid, I turn to You,
O Lord, King of my heart,
You who walk each step with us,
Near as breath You stand, never apart,
Emmanuel, O God-With-Us,
who knows our grief and pain,
Who gave so much in woe and blood
To free us from our stain.
Today they tell us black is white
And evil things are right,
And sing the praise of midnight sins
and tell me it is light,
But You are there beside me,
I need You more each day,
To guide my steps through all the dirt
They kick across Your way.
How clear it is in this dark clime
that the world is not our home,
We are only pilgrims here,
Our purpose is to roam
Across this dark and painful land
To be lanterns of your light,
O keep us near along our way,
Protect us in this night.
O bring to mind how you were born
To walk this dusty place,
Creator entering into the world,
A caring, loving face,
Your words like fire burned the air
You walked the way to go,
And then You let them take Your life,
Your depths of love to show.
Upon that heavy cross of wood
You proved how deep the care
That Heaven bore for this poor world,
To hang in sorrow there,
To taste our fear down to the dregs,
To know the depths of grief,
Carrying the weight of all our sin,
Killed like some common thief.
And this you did for love alone,
To open wide the way,
O teach me Lord, to love You more,
Each moment of the day.
No matter how the darkness grows,
Help me to stand there true,
And when at last, my eyes I close,
I wake to be with You.
