I'm a stranger in this land

How can I believe

When my heart can't understand



Please forgive me Lord

When I doubt how you feel for me

Love has never been easy

For me to trust easily



All of my life Lord

Is compromise and condition

I know I need to learn

The truth of this vision



I'm asking you to teach me Lord

To accept Your truth in my heart

For all my doubts and unbelief

Are keeping You and I apart



Release me Lord

From the fears I hold within

Tear down the strongholds

Allow me - to let you in.
