Received from a friend...Please hold this young girl up in prayer
There is a 21 year old girl in my neighborhood that was in a horrid car accident Thursday night. Alcohol was involved. Police don't think she was driving though. At this point they think the who ever was diving bolted. She has a broken neck, chest injuries, broken vertabrae, collapsed lung. The hospital has her in a drug induced coma. Don't know if the injuries will let her be able to walk. She is in too much critical condition to even try to assess that. She is a troubled girl. Her younger sister is a friend of my daughters. Pray for her, will you? She never had the guidance she needed.
Mat 24:23 Then if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or 'There he is!' do not believe it.
Mat 24:24 For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.
Mat 24:25 See, I have told you beforehand.
Mat 24:26 So, if they say to you, 'Look, he is in the wilderness,' do not go out. If they say, 'Look, he is in the inner rooms,' do not believe it.
Mat 24:27 For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
Mar 13:24 "But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light,
Mar 13:25 and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.
Mar 13:26 And then they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory.
Lord, make us wise to know your word and remember it and keep a watch. I lift up my head. Surely our salvation draws near.
Holy Father,
Give us hearts ready and eager to receive the gift of Your Son, Jesus during this season when we contemplate His miraculous birth. May each of us make room for Him so that we may live lives that bring glory and honor to His Holy Name. Amen.
