Psa 5:2 Pay attention to the sound of my cry, my King and my God, for I pray to You.

Protect those who speak the truth Lord. Help us to know how to return to you.

Rev 2:2 "'I know your works, your toil and your patient endurance, and how you cannot bear with those who are evil, but have tested those who call themselves apostles and are not, and found them to be false.
Rev 2:3 I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name's sake, and you have not grown weary.
Rev 2:4 But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first.

I pray that you will bring conviction of sin and a longing for your peace and a desire to please you and to do what is right. Help us to see our sin and see your great Love for us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Let this rekindle an enduring Love for you that will honor you and exalt Jesus.
Let it be that a great majority of this nation will turn to your Son, Oh Merciful Father. Bring an outpouring of your Spirit and Power.

Rev 3:2 Wake up, and strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have not found your works complete in the sight of my God.
Rev 3:3 Remember, then, what you received and heard. Keep it, and repent. If you will not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come against you.

Oh Lord, we have lost our fear and dread of you. You are Almighty God. Give us soberness and a spirit of supplication that we might pray and be effective for our nation.

1Pe 5:6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you,
1Pe 5:7 casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
1Pe 5:8 Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
1Pe 5:9 Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world.
1Pe 5:10 And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.
1Pe 5:11 To him be the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Evening prayer ping

Space enough in your hands, O Lord,
to hold all the broken hearted humans on this sad world,
the lover left to grieve,
the parent deserted and alone,
the victim of tragedy,
the forgotten.-
So many are they, with all their griefs, sorrows, wounds and wearinesses
yet always room for another,
no matter how many come crying.

Space enough in your glance, O Lord,
to share in the pain of all those in sickbed,
to see those hopelessly manning the deathwatch,
to see those in joy receive their healed child,
to ease the passing of a soul eager to come home,
O Lord our healer, always so many in need of your sight,
yet always space to look at one more

Space enough in your arms, O Lord,
to hug all the children the world has ever known,
all the unborn who will be discarded each day,
all those ruined by neglect, sometimes in the midst of plenty,
all those broken and beaten,
overworked, unloved,
crying in the middle of the night,
there in your arms.

Space enough in your heart, O Lord,
for every person who has walked this sad world,
every man, woman, child -
Lord, you know us all by name
even if we try to pretend you away.
How patiently you call,
the shepherd always at watch for his lost ones,
how joyfully you celebrate
each one found, brought into the fold.
How patiently you guide,
working to bring us home,
polishing , pruning, cleaning, purifying,
until that bright moment you call us home
to that place
of many mansions,
limitless space for all who respond.

KAC

Note: I will be out most of tomorrow and much of Friday. Please, if you will, be sure to post, and remember my husband and I as we take yet another trip to Boise...

At Night

O GOD, who art the life of mortal men, the light of the faithful, the strength of those who labour, and the repose of the dead; We thank thee for the timely blessings of the day, and humbly supplicate thy merciful protection all this night. Bring us, we beseech thee, in safety to the morning hours; through him who died for us and rose again, thy Son, our Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen.

Unto You, O Lord, we return, praising Your Blessed Name for the grace and mercy granted us throughout this day. Where there has been sin, we confess. Where there has been neglect, we confess. Where there has been lukewarmness, we confess, that we might rise up, restored, to the perfecting of our faith, to the Glory and Honor of Your Name.

We thank You that Your hand of healing has been upon diamond's father and sister ... may it continue to be so, Great Physician. Grant unto them the fullest measure of years, that they might tell of Your mercy. Stay the hand of this disease over others within the family ... fill each heart with the greatest measure of confidence in Your every provision.

And may it be, Merciful Father, that You would grant unto diamond and her husband the desire of their heart ... may their home be blessed with the joy of a baby. O God, we are so grieved as we look into the camp of the enemy and the see the destruction of life. Forgive us, Lord, forgive us, that we have set ourselves up as You, for Your Word teaches that in Your hand is the life of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind ... Job 12:10.

Send life into the womb of one so desirous of Your blessed miracle ... protect mother and child through the time of waiting, and may it be, Merciful Father, that You would bring forth their first born child, to the Everlasting Glory of Your Name.

May it be thus, O Lord, may it be thus, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ we pray, Amen ...

Thank you both so much for keeping me pinged to prayer. Knitting, may the Lord surround you and your husband in His Grace in your travels, keeping you on course and protected from every evil. When I contemplate His Watchful Eye over the relatively minuscule activities of our lives, I am lost in wonder, love, and praise! Truly, truly, His eye is on the sparrow, and we know He watches us! Such Infinity condescending to such infinitesimal points along the continuum of His Story...! Yet He sees and knows every detail and is limitlessly concerned for every one of us and for all the minutia of our lives. It is more than magnificent, and inexpressible glory.

Hos 6:3 Let us know; let us press on to know the LORD; his going out is sure as the dawn; he will come to us as the showers, as the spring rains that water the earth."

Thank you lord for this new day. It is yours. We will rejoice and be glad in it. Help us to be mindful that everything we do has eternal consequences, but you are guiding us, and will give us wisdom if we ask. I thank you that you are mindful of man, and that our smallest needs are never hidden from you. You have made a way for our feet. Let us follow Jesus.

1Ti 6:12 Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
1Ti 6:13 I charge you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, who in his testimony before Pontius Pilate made the good confession,
1Ti 6:14 to keep the commandment unstained and free from reproach until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,
1Ti 6:15 which he will display at the proper time--he who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords,
1Ti 6:16 who alone has immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, whom no one has ever seen or can see. To him be honor and eternal dominion. Amen.
Amen.

Good morning prayer warriors. I am asking for prayer this morning. I have been having some serious back pain since yesterday afternoon. I woke a while ago still in pain, and feel I may either have apinced nerve, disc problem or? I will be calling the doctor when the office opens.I am supposed to host a thanksgiving here of over 50 family members , and now I am questioning if that will be needing to be changed. Sorry for the long, personal post, but I really feel I need covered in prayer for a miracle today.

Father, how marvelously you have fashioned us, and you know all that you have called us to do. Bless my sister and help her to be strengthened and relieved of pain. Show her wisdom to know how to heal and how to serve. Bless her as she waits on you today.
In the Name above all names
Amen
