Providing a second Bolton recess appointment to the same U.N. post position is possible, my understanding is the position would not be funded to pay Bolton's salary. If the salary issue is the only deterrent to keeping Bolton in place, would a "Feed the Bolton Family Fund" be something worth considering?

Then make your donation to the Hunter '08 fund.
Bolton's full nomination was just submitted to the Senate. Expect him to actually be appointed this time, as an outgoing gesture by the GOP to the Dems.
