Well that was substantive (/sarc).
Personally, I think not bringing Russia into the fold as an ally was the greatest mistake made in the Bush 41 administration, but then again they were never into democracy.
Maybe some day, there will be a good northern alliance but the U.S. has to reach out and Russia needs to quit arming our enemies, like Iran.
It is always us (US) who make overtures and concessions to get the green weenie in the end as in (result). They are bound and determined to defeat us through proxy.
