Dunno about Talent, but the 3rd party in VA was the green candidate who, shockingly enough dropped out the day before and backed Webb. You can pretty much move the vast majority of her 25k some votes to the Webb Category.
Of course i'm assuming you mean Allen, otherwise i don't know about this Allan guy either
