Yes, the American people love Rudy. Including me. But he never would've won NY this year. It just wasn't going to happen.
I don't think you understand. It's not about loving Rudy but liking Democrats or whatever.
The reason Rudy would have won isn't because he's a Republican people like, Rudy would have won because anybody running against him would be, to quote Sean Connery, like "Talking a knife to a gunfight." It's not a contest of skills. It's a contest that's way beyond them.
I obviously can't prove he would have won, but I bet you anything he would have.
