I want a complete ban on all lobbying of Congress except for personal visits in the congressman's office. No political contributions from lobbyists either. No dinners. No breakfasts. No golf. That means YOU, Vic Fazio and Jim Copeland. Unless you want to be the next Jack Abramoff.

Mrs. Pelosi has already promised "the most honest and ethical Congress in history." Great. I expect zero indictments, zero sex scandals, zero sweetheart earmarks for children of Senators and Congressman (are you listening Harry Reid and John Murtha????) I expect zero sexual harrassment charges and zero DUIs (woops, somebody better tell the Kennedys). I want Bill Jefferson expelled from Congress. NOW.

I want a 20 billion dollar federal bailout for General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler. Michigan is in the toilet and we expect Miss Stabenow to do something about it now that she can't make excuses that she is in the minority.
