BTW, I posted this as a sincere FYI because it will be a fun 'Iron Chef America' to watch, but also as something light-hearted to get folks' stressed out minds off the election results today for just a minute or two. I appreciate that - and my wife and I enjoy the "Food Network" channel very much. Our favorite shows are "Good Eats," "Unwrapped," and Rachel Ray's "_____ on $40 a day." "Iron Chef" is also fun to watch...

Yeah, unwrapped is great too.
On Rachel's '$40.00 a Day' just once I want to see her go over the limit. Maybe some day. Plus she does visit many interesting destinations and always has good ideas for finding off the beaten path deals and great food.

My favorite is still Ina. She cooks the best, the big lib that she is!
