Okay... If I were a voter, I'd have to consider OU a 2-loss team this season. I would probably take the Oregon deal into consideration when comparing OU to other teams with two losses on their record, and I'd probably be inclined to vote OU ahead of other 2-loss teams unless they've lost to two highly-ranked opponents. And, no, I haven't really been watching enough games this year to give you any examples.
The premise of your question notwithstanding, though, I'm not a voter, nor am I a gambler. (I know you didn't ask.) I'm a fan. Win or lose, I support my teams, enjoy the games, try to see the big picture regarding Division I, and I try to find redeeming social value in what happens on and off the field.
Example: OU's situation at QB and OG this season.
"I try to find redeeming social value in what happens on and off the field. "
As long as Oklahoma State has long faces after a good beatdown by the sooners :-) That! has redeeming social Value.
And For the record, I'm in agreement with you post...Although, I would most likely(If I was a voter) be much more harsh on the Ducks as to not have teams encourage refs to do Home cooking to that extent.
