Yes, provided by others up-thread, if you're interested. But to me, it wouldn't matter. Those shows, movies, etc., where people make utter fools of themselves and/or are deceived and humiliated -- I guess to many they're high humor. I just have never, ever enjoyed it.

Obviously you're entitled to your opinion and what you want to watch. I am still curious, though, about the release forms. The only reference upthread I could find was a rather vague one to the reporterette who supposedly lost her job because of her inviting him on her show. I'm not sure that qualifies for someone requiring a release as they know they're being telecast anyway. In the end she didn't make the final cut, so a release wasn't necessary.
