Would it be wrong to pray for as much rain as possible across the countries, but especially in the big cities? ;-P

You can pray for God to suppress the powers of darkness and yes for rain. Remember King David before he fought Goliath. He boldly proclaimed the defeat of his foe in spite of his circumstances. He knew who his God is. We Christians shouldn't be so timid and boldy go to God and ask Him to intervene. Jesus always honors true faith.
