Kerry uses Dixie Chicks' non-apology that they used on Oprah
Dixie Chick's Natalie Maines said on Oprah concerning President Bush: It wasnt a political statement, it was a joke made to get applause.
Now compare Maines' comments with Kerry's comments: It's a carbon copy. They even blame the same people after the comments made. It's like Kerry's staff watched Oprah and decided Kerry could have an Oprah moment as well. Note:
"It was a bad joke..." said John Kerry on his second apology, "...the republicans are behind the attacks on me..."
