Twenty-one-year-old Justin DeStarkey suffered burns over 80 percent of his body when the cotton balls and glue ignited at Chambers Hill Bar early Sunday. Sheriff's investigators say DeStarkey was dancing near the bar when he may have brushed against a cigarette.
