I have visited their homepage and all the links point to 2.0. Don;t get me wrong, i love firefox and have used it for around 2 years. But 2.0 is not working on my machine. i removed it and re-installed and had the same issues.

To get Firefox 1.5, you might want to check this URL: http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Firefox_1.5_for_Developers

Why does it work on all my machines, all the ones at work and on my friends' computers and not on yours....that's a mystery to me.

I have no idea.........Before you insult my computer setup skills, all I did was download it and run it. It had the problems I mentioned so I removed the application and reinstalled. Same issues. I'm going to try again before I revert back but right now it's unworkable because it won't allow me to bookmark any pages so I'm using my Google bookmarks which, fortunately, I had kept most of my old bookmarks.

Found an article on the inability to save bookmarks. I'll try this as well: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Bookmarks_not_saved
