The irony is delicious. Durham, hot bed of black racism mentality, gets national media attention with privileged rich white boys sexually assaulting a poor black woman because she needs the work to feed her children then it's discovered she made the whole thing up. They'd love for this to just disappear off the radar like the cross burning incident there a couple of years ago. Huge news for about a week, then the story it simply vanished as if it had never happened.(wonder why?mmm....)

Nifong has made it so this story can't vanish, it has to have a conclusion one way or another, and it's looking like the citizens of Durham are the ones that are going to end up getting screwed.
