I just heard on ABC Radio News that Kim Roberts stated she wanted to "get her story out" now because she does not believe she will be called as a witness at the upcoming trial.

Are you kidding me?!!

The defense will call her in a heartbeat - she will destroy Ding Dong's case.

Something else is going on here. Perhaps she or her attorneys know that Mike Ding Dong might be thinking about dropping the case.

"Mike Nifong got it wrong.
The marks don't fit; he should've acquit."

Roberts will never get called by anyone, when and if this case gets to trial.

The case is sufficiently weak, the case gets dismissed after the prosecution concludes its case and the defense makes the mandatory motion to dismiss as the charges have not been proven.

What's more likely is that the prosecution makes a critical legal and obvious error during their presentation at trial, the defense motions for a mistrial, and the motion is granted.

The charges are dismissed, and Nifong is able to make the claim that the 'rich white boys' were let go on a "technicality".

Never, never. She has (falsely?) accused the boys of spouting racial epithets and threatening to shove a broom up them and so on. Who knows what she will emphasize if she gets up there?

She's a loose and dangerous cannon. The defense doesent need her and the prosecution cant use her. Her day in the sun is past (except for book deals, etc)
