Too many Durhamites are probably just going to use the "straight ticket" option, and vote democratic.
I wouldn't get my hopes up yet about the election results.
(Also, I wonder who counts the ballots in a place like Durham...)

That's why I was asking who runs the elections board for Durham County. I don't hold out hope that Cheeks will win, even if he gets the most votes.
