Great. I'm recently post orchiectomy and rad treatment is the only way to fry pelvic lymph nodes. Chemotherapy has no effect for a diagnosis of seminoma.
Should I get out some Tarot cards or dice?

Thank you for the info. My husband has recently been diagnosed with osteonecrosis of the knee. We're in the waiting game of conservative treatment, hoping for healing of the joint. It's a long shot, but we're hoping to avoid knee replacement for as long as possible.
We've been trying to figure out whether there's anything in his personal or medical history that might have put him at risk of this condition, but so far have come up with nothing. I don't think he's had any unusual radition exposure either, but will ponder it some more. Ultimately, I guess it doesn't help much to know what happened, except as an early indicator of whether other joints will follow suit.
