Said as I owe for car insurance, charge card, and a few hundred in tuition...
Yeah, she's...intimidating. I wouldn't wanna argue with her. I did, however, argue with one of the analysts yesterday. He was irritating me.
Thanks for the ping - sorry am late to the party but fell asleep after doing my evening chores then got tied up on the dose.
I have to get up at 7:00 for work. When I was taking classes, I never signed up for one that started before 10:00. *sigh* I've never been a morning person.
That is Saturday night is it not? I though America did it a week later from what I remember the last few years or are you doing it this weekend the same as us?
On the weekends I work 6-10am. Tomorrow, I have off from 10-2 (work other job 2-9). Sunday, I leave job 1 at 10 and go to job 2 at 11.
Takes about fifteen to twenty minutes to get there. Probably will eat lunch and read the next cycle of Theology of the Body...
Not as bad as T and Th, where I have to get up at 4--work 5-8 and then go to class.
Neither have I...;)
Neither have I. Most of my college classes were from 9:30 to around 4.
In Britain traditionally Bonfire Night is bigger than Halloween but of recent times we seem to celebrate both or mix the 2 up.
'Tis true though...
7am wake up time is like Saturday morning sleep in.
Wow...that's rough. I couldn't ever get up at 4:00. I have enough trouble getting enough sleep when I wake up at 7:00. It used to be 6:30 but I decided breakfast wasn't that important :P
Last semester, I had a great schedule. MWF my first class was at 10:00 and T/Th my first class was at 11:00. That was really nice.
Same here.
This year, have night courses.
Last spring, had a five-weeker that started at 8am.
What's Bonfire Night?
Really? Saturday and Sunday, I sleep until 10:30. Our dining hall is open until 11:00 for brunch so I wake up in time to eat and then come back to my room and try to do something productive.
Yeah, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do...
I'm tired as he!!, but what can ya do?
Jacket potatoes done in the oven not microwave all crispy and smothered in butter, salt and pepper.
Hot British sausages (links) with fried onions and mash potato. Sausage rolls, you can use the meat from the link sausages to make these or in Britain one can either buy them ready made or you can buy just sausage meat which is easier to roll out.
Sausage rolls in case one is not familar with them are short crust pastry (like you would use for chicken pie) covering sausage meat baked in the oven like you would any type of pie until cooked and golden brown. They are great hot or cold. As tastes change in Britain quite a lot of people would also have BBQ type food or Chilli and of course the great British favourite curry.
On the sweet side traditionally treacle toffee with lemonade powder or apples covered with treacle toffee. I will see if I can find a treacle toffee recipe.
That sounds like a friend on mine LOL
