Read the Files thing when you get a chance. Files said he and Roselli both fired almost simultaneously which would account for the two close-together shots.

REPLY: I think the conclusion that Connally was hit in the back at Z=325 relies on credible facts and explains superficially that Connally was also wounded by a bullet fragment in the left leg when the Warren Commission said Connally was struck in the back.
I don't think whatever Files has to say is going to win any arguments with anybody. I will look just for curiosity (thank you for pointing it out) but I've resisted looking at anything I've seen before on him.

A few weeks before Kennedy was shot, my dad took me to the pistol range atop the old Crescent City Garage in downtown New Orleans. I recall standing at that counter with my dad, waiting for the fellow to score my target all "official-like".
There was quite a group of "regulars" hanging around and talking guns and politics. Heck, Oswald's fingerprints were probably still fresh on the glass top of the ammo counter. You'd think that someone in there might've gotten a bit careless and mentioned something about the Kennedy "hit", but nuthin', nada, zip, zilch. Not even the casual "...can you believe the idiot is going to try to use that raggedy Carcano?..."
Well, maybe the memo didn't go out to "all hands".
