In an effort to avoid extradition, the "Dog the Bounty Hunter" star offered shortly after his arrest to apologize to Mexico, to pay a fine, to forfeit the bail he posted in the country, and to make a charitable contribution.Of course, to the Mexican authorities its all about naming the right price.

The Luster creep was on the Most Wanted List, yet the FBI could not track him down.
'Dog' did.
Americans owe him a debt and the U.S. gov't should pay the fine (bribe) since they did not do the job they were being paid for.
