Good luck to your Utes the rest of the seasonWith the notable exception of the UNLV game next week, we'll need it. Nice W though.

Man50D, I have heard the weather getting a bit rough tommorrow in East Hartford, CT, and for this EH resident, I hope the weather will not affect how the football flys.
It might. There is a high wind watch in effect from Friday afternoon through Friday night. That could force both team to rely more on the run game. It will be next to impossible for UConn to win without opening up their game with the pass if there are strong winds not to mention my father and myself will be freezing our tushes off!

My Badgers just don't get no respect. The #22 ranking is an insult. They rank 4th to 7th in most defensive categories nationwide. Their offense is piling on the points. That redshirt freshman PJ Hill has racked up over 1100 yards in 7 games.
This cheesehead says they should be rated in the top 10.
One loss to Michigan and I'd say their schedule is as tough as the patsy scedule the Buckeyes have this year.
Damn.......Just my opinion of course!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That ranking is reasonable considering the combine won/loss record of the 1-A teams Wisconsin has beaten is 12-22. Western Illinois is a 1-AA team. The only good team they played, Michigan, beat them soundly 27-13.PJ Hill rushed for only 54 yards on 20 carries against Michigan.

It should be an interesting weekend, since for UConn this is homecoming weekend for the alummni of that university. It should be an interesting game.

The ACC needs one too. They schedule FSU - Miami too early in the season.BZZZZT!!! Wrong answer this year...where's the hype if that game is played after September? FSU has two "must-win" games, the first, and the last regular season games...UM and UF. Well spaced, too.

yeah this year, but next year the game is going to be later.
Besides that rivalry is suffering because it's being played so early.
Badly played games don't help a rivalry.

OLe Miss is really spoiling for a win too. They have to get a break some time this year and I think this might be it

sorry all for the delay in the ping.
At the half
WVU 20
UCONN 3
Should be an interesting second half. WVU can put them away, but I don't think UCONN will go away quietly....

I would not be suprised if UConn goes down fighting. But what suprises me is that the touchdown the WV made that got them to 20 they did it in a simple walk. I thought you have to run with the ball to get a touchdown. Amazing.
WV is good for scoring a lot of points, but I think the cold weather has slowed them down a bit.

Hey Mije....I disagree with ya on Clemson-GT. I thinkGT will win. However that game goes don't turn the TV off early. A couple of years ago I think there were 3 TD's scored in the 2 minutes of the 4th quarter.
Notre Dame - UCLA? It's nice to see them playing football. Back in the day they'd always play home and home basket ball games against each other.
I don't have ESPNU so I geuss I'll hve to be content following the game on ESPN Gamecast. Go Bucks! It's already 14-3.
I'm rooting for Purdue versus Wisconsin!!!!!
