They have an interesting view on what constitutes "international law". It's not actually whatever they want it to be.

By "international law", such as it is, both the Iraq conflict and Afghanistan were perfectly "legal". So are the camps in Gitmo. Of course, they (and, apparently McCain) also think the Geneva Convention protects terrorists.....
