The executive branch was following the judcial branch, and the only way you can change the judical branch is to elect a sympathetic executive and legislative branch, and IMO, you are sympahtetic to the executive and legislative branches of hillary and nancy pelosi.
BTW, it was still SCOTUS that mandated Kelo, no matter your caterwalling.
