I'll stick with Opera, when reading a thread on FR and when it's refreshed it takes you where you were reading, not to the bottom of the page.

Of course, if you're at the bottom when you do that, you'll end up at the bottom :-)
I, too, find this behavior slightly annoying. I generally check the msg# I'm reading before I refresh, then enter /## to jump me to it.
