To: the OlLine Rebel

Yeah, I've been lucky to never deal with a male cat. I generally prefer the females for that reason. However, usually a male cat marks the house because he hasn't been neutered. That's not always the case tho! I still think that, on average, cats are easier to "housebreak" than dogs. Not always true, but a general trend.

I had my boy neutered at 6 months and never had a problem with him. Some people wait too long with males, after they've already acquired the spraying habit.

LOL I like the opposite of the stereotypical animals.

I like female dogs. (More maternal - good for new animals, better guards but less generally aggressive, etc.)

I like male cats. (Tougher than females who tend to be more flaky. I've known very nice females but they were flaky & skittish still.)


Meanwhile, the whole world stereotypes dogs as "boy" and cats as "girl". Yikes! That's not for me!
