I don't know if I would be so quick to judge based upon just the male perspective. I honestly believe that there are situations where a woman's self-image is so low that such procedures have a life-changing impact on their psyche. I'm not talking about the augmentations that are "overboard stupid", but the ones done to give a woman a better self image.
I think it is narrow-minded to think all women have such surgeries for the benefit of us men.

True, but this is the vast, vast minority of surgeries. Many are even on young girls who are at their physical peak, so to speak, and that is really sad.

"I think it is narrow-minded to think all women have such surgeries for the benefit of us men." You may be right.
A former lady friend of mine had an augmentation at age 44ish.
She did it then because she could afford it by then.
She did it because she was tired of shopping in the ladies clothing sections for pants and skirts, and the girls section for tops.
She felt she was too asymetrical to dress well.

(Nothing is sadder than to see a beautiful theory murdered by a gang of brutal facts.)

You don't think all women have the surgeries for the benefit of men? Are you serious?
