Deaf and mute man still deemed unfit for murder trial

JAMES CITY -- Oswaldo Martinez watches the television show "Law and Order" to learn about the American justice system.

He can't hear what the characters are saying, but with the help of a sign-language interpreter, he can sometimes follow the plot.

But the 35-year-old man, who can't hear or speak, still doesn't understand enough to face his own trial on rape and murder charges in the 2005 death of a James City County teenager, a psychologist testified Wednesday in Williamsburg-James City County Circuit Court.

One criminal + one psychologist + one sign language interpreter + "staff" + Law&Order TV show + Goldilocks film = Lots of paychecks for the gov't parasites.

One sick animal who raped and murdered a teenager is a source of income for the leeches (all female, including the reporter of this story) who are holding common sense at bay while they try their idiotic ideas out on someone who should be executed already. Why didn't the cops just show him the poor girl's body and watch his reaction? Another PC obscenity from the ugly feminists who just love a bad idea if it will further the collapse of our country.
