Oh my god, did you read this one person's post:

There were actually some good restaurants, museums, a semi-cool riverfront area and a great zoo. I look at it like an Oakland fifteen years ago. All it needs is a Jerry Brown and it appears as though it has one.

Jerry Brown said in 1999, "By the time we’re finished, there will be a lot less crime in Oakland than there is in Walnut Creek."

Here is the homicide stats since Brown took office in 1999:

The press spins this as "an improvement". Funny... the best year running is the year Brown started... and it only got worse.

LOL! Walnut Creek averages about zero murders per year. Jerry may have conned a few white professionals into moving into new high-rise condos downtown and tried to deport part of his permanent underclass to Pittsburg/Bay Point and Richmond, but he hasn't delivered any real results.
