Well, in her police report she claimed that she was with Precious for all that five minutes. She also admitted she was in the bathroom with Precious before and after the show. She also admitted she and Precious were given drinks in equal amounts, both sipped those drinks, but Precious spilled her drink because her cup fell into the sink. I am really not sure as to what she would actually tell Bradley.
I don't understand your point. Kim was supposedly there prior to and during the time period the alleged rape occurred. She could and apparently has told Bradley that she saw nothing happening and that Crystal did not appear injured or shaken on any way. That is BIG BIG news and IMO a death blow to Nifong's case given the total lack of any other physical evidence.
