Maybe yes, maybe no. Speculation by its nature is not fact nor is it necessarily based entirely on fact. If it was, we wouldn't need to call it "speculation". Hence, the fact that subsequent facts may have shown it to be inaccurate is neither here nor there. We're all entitled to speculate. Corsi may hit some and miss some. Just which significant portion of his speculation has been proven wrong, as you allege?

I already have, but I will be very interested in anything new Corsi may have to say.

It's not the speculation that Corsi gets wrong that's bothersome, it's the facts he gets wrong. The first, as you point out, is a matter of opinion but the second is not.

I'll go back and find a fact he's gotten wrong, but later.
