Battlestar Galactica is back TONIGHT!
Battlestar at SCI-FI Channel ^

Posted on 10/06/2006 4:02:48 PM PDT by Pukin Dog

Folks, after South Park, Battlestar Gallactica is the closest mirror to current society and political topics of all current TV shows.

Great acting, great writing, fair and balanced.

Tonight, the show returns, with the colonists under control of the Cylons, while Adama and the fleet who fled before the Cylon invasion, ponder whether or not to attempt a rescue mission.

Its good stuff! Dont miss it. 7pm Central time.

The new show is the same concept as the original, but written by people who actually like science fiction.

Tonight, the show returns, with the colonists under control of the Cylons,

There has been some talk that the show is going to be sympathetic to the 'insurgent' movement, but I doubt it. They are usually very fair minded, and did an excellent job on the abortion issue.

sympathetic isn't the correct word - it's role reversal, as in what would happen if we lose the WOT, and what lenghts we would have to go to get our freedom back.
